How to Get Started Today

New Client Special

A 50-minute private session that gives you a glimpse of what real Pilates is all about, and what it can do for you. The Instructor provides an assessment, a postural analysis, and a goal setting dialogue. This is followed by an introduction of the various apparatus developed by Joseph Pilates. Most of the session will involve an actual workout on the apparatus (around 30-40 minutes).

Intro to Pilates Package

If you are new to Pilates, this course is a prerequisite before you join Group Classes.  This package includes 3 Private Sessions where your trainer’s sole attention is on assessing your needs and goals.  It is during these sessions that your instructor will also be able to learn about your body and its tendencies based on postural analysis and your biomechanics.


This is where you will learn the basic principles of Pilates, cueing, and deeper equipment orientation. Customized workout recommendations will be established

Private Sessions

Get a personalized one on one session. With such diverse backgrounds, our highly trained Pilates instructors can cater to your specific need. Our instructors include Physiotherapists, Medical doctors, Ballet dancers, Equestrians, Golfers, Runners, Cyclists, Rowers, to name a few. Our unique passion can help you bring your practice to the next level.

Duet Sessions

Grab a partner for  semi private sessions. Whether you are working on certain issues, or wanting to reach certain goals, our hands-on Instructors will have their eyes focused on your form, without sacrificing the fun!

Group Classes

  • We offer several levels of Group Classes, all using Reformer, Tower, Mat, or Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and other small apparatus.
  • These classes have between 2- 5 students per session, to ensure that each student gets the proper and hands-on to execute the movements correctly.
  • ALL LEVEL CLASS teaches the foundation of Pilates principles and technique, mastering the mind and body connection, and developing core strength through a seres of Pilates exercises.
  • ADVANCED CLASS will be a faster-paced, total body conditioning workout that will bring your core and peripheral strength, balance, and stability to the next level.
  • ADVANCED CLASS will be booked with the help of your teachers. Certain prerequisite applied.
  • Book any classes online marked ALL LEVELS 
  • Prerequisite : New Client Special Session and Intro to Pilates Package.

 

Classes will run with minimum of 2 participants

Back Care Group Class / Youth/ Scoliosis / Restorative/ Active Rehabilitation Pilates

This class is designed for clients with specific needs. From spinal problems, pre/post partum, youth, to osteoporosis specific class.
The session will focuses on body awareness, posture and movement habits. Recognize your weaknesses, and contraindicative movement.
You will be learning how to strengthen your body, and how to work around these issues through Pilates exercises. Prerequisite : Student must first attend a minimum of 5 private sessions.
